Inside, the upgraded interiors provide a king bed in nearly every bedroom, with one guest room in each unit offering two twin beds for added flexibility.
Directly across the street, 4000 Seashore Dr. brings together a 4BR/2BA second-floor residence with a 3BR/3BA ground-floor residence. Each of the seven bedrooms is furnished with a comfortable king bed, making it a perfect fit for larger groups seeking both comfort and convenience.
With Newport Beach’s renowned ocean recreation just steps away, this one-of-a-kind coastal retreat offers something for everyone to enjoy.

LINENS:
All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee and are attractively installed.
LAUNDRY:
Each home offers coin-operated laundry facilities located in the laundry room found along the side walkway. Guests must provide their own supplies and quarters.
PARKING:
- 8 designated spaces
- General neighborhood street parking (metered and non-metered) can also be utilized.
LOCATION:
Best of all is the close proximity to the hugely popular 40th Street beach: well-known for its great surf and inviting shoreline. A longtime local favorite, there is something for everyone to enjoy here! Every convenience imaginable is within easy walking distance from this home: from the well-stocked Pavilions grocery store and various eateries just a few short blocks away, to the lively yet quaint Newport Pier area; and so many more destinations in between, including banks, a pharmacy, full-size movie theater, restaurants, and shops for all ages to enjoy. Guests can park their cars once and not use them again until departure day!
The beachfront boardwalk, which runs almost a 6-mile length of the peninsula, facilitates a great transportation corridor for pedestrians and bicycles, in addition to the Seashore Dr. bike path. It's the best way to get around town to avoid any parking and traffic hassles, too!
RECREATIONAL GEAR:

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
